Delivery Lead-Times

Fresh Promotions freight is carried throughout the Oceania region by Startrack Express. Delivery lead-time to most locations is 21 days from dispatch.

 

Express Delivery

A Next day, express delivery service can be arranged. If you require this service the price will depend on the weight and volume of the goods being dispatched. Ask us for a quote.

 

A same day delivery service is also available. If you require this service the price will depend on the weight and volume of the goods being dispatched.

 

Freight Charges

Freight charges are calculated based on weight and volume. Fresh Promotions charges freight to our clients at cost. We will quote you the cost of delivery when confirming a quoted price for your order.

 

Insurance and Guarantees

All goods are warrantied by Fresh Promotions to arrive in good order. The freight costs quoted include insurance. If they don't arrive it's our problem, not yours.

Freight on Your Account

If you wish to book transport of your order on your own account with your own carrier please advise us and we will arrange it at our end. Just let is know the name of your freight company and your account details. We will confirm by email that the goods have been picked up and are on their way.
