A reseller for us is a company such as a promotional products company, events co-ordinator, marketing or advertising agency that will be on-selling our products to their company clients.

A reseller is not someone who is purchasing products as the end user or who will be purchasing to sell the products at the retail level.

If you are granted reseller status, first 3 orders are payment in full before despatch of final product. After 3 orders you can apply for a credit account. Any account falling 30 days past due will be placed on stop order until account is brought current. Any account over 60 days will be placed back on prepayment terms.

Reseller status is granted at the sole discretion of our company.

Samples Policy

We realise choosing promotional merchandise over the internet can be difficult without first seeing the actual product that you want to order, so we are happy to provide samples of our stress ball shapes on request, however, we do have several requirements. Due to expenses incurred (as we have to pay for the samples from our factories) and the large volume of requests that we receive, please note the conditions below.

1.               We ask that you shop around first and compare products and prices. If you would then like to move forward with an order but need to check the quality of the item we are happy to provide samples for you.

2.               Maximum quantity is two styles of stress balls for any one sample request. All samples provided free of charge are requested to be returned within a 21 day period otherwise they will be billed out to you at the 100 unit rate.

3.               If more than two types of stress balls are needed we require payment of samples (at the 100 rate on the website). We are happy to credit this back if an order is placed and samples are returned. Please note though the credit will only apply to those items ordered and returned. Any other items not ordered are non returnable for a credit.

We hope you can appreciate why we need to do this. We do want to make obtaining samples as easy as possible for you, but we also get a lot of people abusing this which adds greatly to the costs of the business, so we need to ensure as best as possible that the people requesting samples are doing so for a potential purchase of product and not just a free sample.
